Working with Chad was wonderful! He showed me many homes in the area from building new construction to finding a home already built. We found a wonderful cabin and he was excellent in getting the offer accepted and closed on the home a month and a half later!

Chad was great to work with! We were first time homebuyers and if it weren't for Chad walking us through the process it would have been terrible. We went through a well known credit union and there were definitely a ton of gaps in their process and the service we received. Chad however helped bridge that gap and ensured all our paperwork was getting done and ensured the lender was following up for closing completion.
